Detailed Instructions for Annual System Examinations commencing w.e.f 22/07/2021 and 10/08/2021

 

Important Note : All the students who have registered themselves at the Online Examination Portal www.kukonlinexam.com shall mandatorily give the Mock Test on 14th & 15th August, 2021 in order to get themselves familiarize with the complete online conduct of examinations process including uploading of the Answer-Sheets on the portal.

 

Kurukshetra University has started the registration process for the candidates who intend to appear in the examinations through online mode at the portal for online conduct of examinations for UG/PG examinations beginning from 10th August 2021 onwards. All the ELIGIBLE students whose roll numbers have been made available on the university website may start their registration process at https://kukonlineexam.com/ and cross check their details viz. name, father’s name, subjects opted etc. by them. For any correction related with the wrong subjects, the candidates may contact the concerned result branch well in time.

Those candidates who have received manual Roll No - cum - Admit Card from the Result Branch, KUK for the Annual System July 2021 examinations and intend to appear in exams through online mode can directly register at https://kukonlineexam.com

  2. The Theory examinations of UG/PG annual system will be conducted in blended mode (offline as well as online).

  3. The candidates shall confirm their date of examinations from the date-sheets available on the university website www.kuk.ac.in.

  4. If there is any type of discrepancy/query of candidates, they can E-Mail at rollnoenquiry@kuk.ac.in or can contact at University Helpline Nos. 70821- 13076, 70821-13164 or 70821-13073.

  5. The candidates who wish to give their examinations through online mode will have to mandatorily register themselves at https://kukonlineexam.combefore 48 hours of the commencement of examinations. After the successful registration, the candidates shall have to undergo a mock test at https://kukonlineexam.com in order to make themselves familiar with the online conduct of examinations platform.

  6. The students who want to opt offline examination will be required to register themselves at the examination centre mentioned on their Admit Card-cum-Roll No. by paying a onetime fee of Rs. 50/- per candidate per class as registration fee in the concerned Examination Centre/College at least one day before the commencement of examination so that the arrangement for offline examination be made by the Centre.

  7. The students will be allowed to change the option i.e. online to offline or offline to online during the whole examination duration once. Therefore, the candidates are required to choose it carefully.

  8. The Practical examinations of the UG/PG (Annual) Courses will be got conducted after the termination of the examinations and the date-sheets in this regard will be uploaded on the KUK website by the University later on.

  9. Guidelines for the students who have opted for the online mode of examinations:-

  • He/she must have a laptop/smart phone/desktop with camera with latest configuration with high speed internet.

  • The candidates will sit in front of webcam displaying their full view to the invigilator for the full duration of the paper.

  • The following activities by the candidate during the online examination will be treated as use of Unfair Means Case viz. moving away from the main screen of phone/laptop/desktop screen, covering the screen, talking, login from multiple devices, writing personal information like mobile no. etc. on the answer sheet, frequent disconnections/disappearance during examinations etc.

  • The candidates must ensure that the correct question paper has been supplied to him/her.

  • The candidate shall attempt the paper using blue/black pen in his/her handwriting.

  • The candidate will be required to login his/her account 20 minutes before the commencement of the examinations. The candidate will not be allowed to login his/her account after 30 minutes of commencement of examinations. The candidate will be required to attempt 100% paper as per instructions given in the question paper. The time allotted will be 4 hours (i.e. 9.30 A.M. to 1.30 P.M. in the morning shift and 1.30 P.M. to 5.30 P.M. in the evening shift) for online examinations including time of uploading of the Answer-Sheet at the portal (https://kukonlineexam.com).

  • The candidate will receive the question paper in his/her login ID & will solve the same on the hard copy of the answer sheet as available on www.kuk.ac.inand max. page limit would be 36.

  • The student will attempt questions Serial No. wise and will write the Question No. in the centre of the page.

  • The candidate will be required to write his/her Roll No., Page No. & Paper Code on each page of Answer Sheet. Signatures shall be put mandatorily on each page by the candidate.  

  • The candidate will create and upload the PDF file (maximum size 22 MB) with admit card as his/her first page along with the answer sheet and will name the file with his/her roll no.  

OR

  • The candidate can also upload the answer sheet page-wise in .jpeg format.

  • In no case the answer sheet will be accepted, if the candidate fails to upload his/her answersheet within the stipulated period i.e. total 4 hours.

10.Guidelines for the students who have opted for the offline mode of examinations (physical examination with paper/pen):-

  • The candidates with poor internet connectivity or resources will be required to appear in offline mode.

  • Such offline candidates will reach the examination centre mentioned on their Roll No. and get themselves registered by paying a onetime fee of Rs. 50/- per candidate per class as registration fee at least one day before the commencement of examinations.

  • The candidate who opts for offline examinations will reach the examination centre half an hour before the commencement of examinations.

  • The candidates must ensure that the correct question paper has been supplied to him/her.

  • The candidates will attempt the paper in her/his handwriting using blue/black pen only.

  • The candidate will be required to attempt 100% paper in the allotted time as per the instructions given/mentioned in the question paper. The time shall be allotted as mentioned in the question paper.
